Additional fees and deposits:$250.00 meter/ security deposit$500.00- $1000.00 facility upgrade fee$25.00 gate barcode fee$100 on site winter storage

guests fees are extra and trailer renting/ sharing is prohibited

Water, sewer and garbage is included in seasonal fee, hydro is individually metered and billed per use.
